Kayleigh Bysouth CertRP MREC

Founder and Director

Kayleigh founded Busy Bee Recruitment Ltd in 2017 although her recruitment career started much earlier. Back in 2012, Kayleigh joined the industry as a Trainee Consultant and quickly gained her Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP). Now, holding over 10 years’ experience recruiting across Engineering, Commercial and Technical positions Kayleigh is now a corporate member of the Institute in Recruitment Practice (MIRP) and takes more of a supportive role within the business helping to train and guide her team through their own successes. One of Kayleigh’s more notable achievements recently has been the accolade of winning Business Person of the Year at the Ely Business Awards 2019.

Donna West

Associate Company Director

Donna joins the organisation as our Associate Company Director. Strengthening the leadership team Donna will be looking to take the company in new directions and disrupt the current marketplace. Donna offers a wealth of experience spanning over 17 years in Senior Management roles within the recruitment industry specialising across both Commercial and Engineering sectors. Having started her early recruitment career in temporary staffing Donna is also able to add value to our temporary and interim division. Looking to lead the company through significant growth Donna has long term personal visions for the business which will see the company expansion plans put into active play. Donna is a loyal and hardworking manager, someone who will sit amongst the team and motivate good performance while increasing individual skill sets within the organisation.

Courtney Fidler

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Courtney is our Senior Recruitment Consultant working within the Engineering Division. Courtney has over 4 years of recruitment experience and is an enthusiastic recruiter who likes going the extra mile for her candidates, with a passion for working on technical vacancies Courtney is a specialist in her field and has worked her way up in the industry from Administrator to Client Development Manager to Senior Consultant. Courtney understands the importance of nurturing good relationships with her clients and candidates, as such you will see Courtney out and about at networking events and building relationships with future job seekers – don’t forget to stop and say hello!

Rachel Housden AREC

Recruitment Manager

Rachel joined the business with previous experience in recruiting staff across various positions in a range of different sectors. Now holding over 4 years’ experience Rachel is our Recruitment Manager overseeing all sectors from Engineering through to Commercial; Rachel recently became a qualified recruiter undertaking her Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP) and is now focusing on her Level 3 Diploma in Human Resource Management with a view to becoming our Trainer for all new starters joining The Hive.

Fausta Linkeviciute

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Fausta joined The Hive and has quickly progressed from Recruitment Consultant to her recently promoted Senior position. Fausta has played a key part in the growth of our temporary division significantly utilising her experience from managing up to 300 temps at any one time, working with Enterprise organisations such as Amazon, DHL and Hermes. Fausta now recruits for permanent and temporary staff across; Sales, Marketing, Admin, Customer Service and Finance. Fausta thrives under pressure and enjoys being the saviour to many of our clients and candidates in their time of need!

Bethany Chivers

Accounts Assistant

Bethany joined the business as our Business Administration Apprentice and has worked hard during her time here to also study her AAT Qualification while furthering her skills and experience in Accountancy. Moving over to our Accounts department Bethany supports the business with invoicing, credit control, forecasting and budgeting. Bethany works with the highest levels of accuracy and is also the main point of contact for our temporary worker payroll on a weekly basis.

Oliver has 2 years experience in recruiting professionals across a broad range of industries including Industrial, Manufacturing, Drivers, Warehouse and anything in between! Prior to recruitment, Oliver came from a strong sales and customer service background and offers a motivating approach to his work, he thrives under pressure and is able to find quick solutions to urgent requirements! Associate Recruitment Consultant

Jake joins the team as Associate Recruitment Consultant within the busy temporary division. Jake holds 7 years’ experience within Management and Leadership roles which encompasses his recruitment experience, dealing with high volume requirements he thrives well under pressure and able to meet urgent requirements. The vast experience Jake has in recruitment, people management and customer service will be a great asset in providing the best service to our clients and candidates within the high-volume temporary division. Outside of work Jake likes all things sports and fitness and will most probably be leading our office walks around Soham!.

Candidate Manager

Aimee joins the organisation to work specifically with our job seekers. In a bid to look after our candidates in the very best way Aimee will be focusing on delivering the very best customer service, focusing on candidate registrations both face to face and via video. Aimee’s sole focus will be on ensuring that you, the candidate, gets updated at every stage of the process whilst working hard to find you your dream job!
