Recruiting for our partnered client in the heart of Mildenhall, due to continued growth we are looking for a Production Operative to join their busy workforce. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to enhance their skillset. Previous Manufacturing experience is desirable for this position and you must be physically fit due to the nature of the role.

• Reading from technical drawings to assemble items accurately
• Operating machinery and monitor equipment to ensure accuracy
• Assisting in maintaining good housekeeping standards
• Loading materials into machinery
• Prepare concrete mixes in line with company standards
• Use of hand tools
• Undertake quality checks
• Assist across other sectors when required
• Manufacturing/Production experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
• The ability to read from engineering drawings is desirable but training is provided
• Previous experience operating a Forklift is desirable
• You must have strong communication skills
• Happy to assist in other departments when required
• Compliant with companies’ health and safety policies
