We’re on the lookout for a Picker Packer to join a fast-growing, market-leading manufacturer. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in keeping orders moving smoothly — accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for dispatch to meet daily deadlines. Working in a busy, fast-paced environment, you’ll ensure items are handled with care, orders are correct, and work areas are kept safe and organised. You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team that takes real pride in quality and efficiency, even when things get busy. Job Duties:

• Accurately picking products in line with customer orders

• Packing items securely and neatly to company standards

• Ensuring orders are checked for accuracy before dispatch

• Labelling and preparing parcels ready for shipment

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

• Working to daily targets and deadlines in a fast-paced setting

• Following health & safety procedures at all times

• Supporting the wider warehouse and production teams as required

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, picking/packing, or production role (desirable)

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work efficiently and meet targets in a busy environment

• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills, with progression opportunities into production roles
