The Company is a recruitment business which provides work-finding services to its clients and work-seekers. To provide these services, the Company must process personal data (including sensitive personal data) and does so as a data controller.

Data Retention

The Company will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary. Different laws require different retention periods.

  • The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 requires us to keep work-seeker records for at least one year from the date of creation or from when work-finding services were last provided.
  • Payroll, holiday pay, sick pay, and pensions auto-enrolment records are kept for as long as required by HMRC and relevant minimum wage, social security, and tax legislation.

Where consent has been obtained, we will process your data in line with our retention policy. When that period expires, we will contact you for renewed consent. If consent is not granted, we will cease processing your personal data.

Recordings and transcripts are handled confidentially and stored securely within our CRM in accordance with GDPR and data protection law. They are used only for recruitment-related purposes and retained only as long as necessary.
