We are seeking an adaptable, proactive and detail-orientated HR assistant to join our market leading client’s commercial team. Working closely with the HR Manager you will assisting in day-to-day duties which can include a wide range from recruitment to employee relations, from filing to system maintenance. Job Duties:

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR Manager and team

• Maintaining and updating personnel records and systems

• Updating and scanning documents into the Breathe HR portal

• Producing contracts, probation letters and formal correspondence using templates

• Liaising with recruitment agencies

• Documenting sickness and absence through the HR system

• Processing PPE requests from staff

• Providing lockers to staff and logging this

• Helping to organise staff events

• Maintain compliance with health and safety practices

• Participate in related training sessions

What we are looking for:

• Previous Administration experience at a senior level

• Enjoys working in a male orientated environment

• Happy to work in an Engineering office

• Excellent attention to detail
