Are you an experienced administrator a strong eye for detail and experience in data entry? We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to support a busy customer service team based in Bury St. Edmunds. This is a great opportunity to work in a team-driven environment, with an immediate start available!
• Processing new customer account set-ups
• Reviewing and validating orders for key accounts
• Following up on planned orders to resolve missing configurations, incorrect pricing and incomplete purchase orders
• Preparing and issuing order confirmations
• Proactively chasing outstanding quotations
• Coordinating with customers to obtain and update logistics information
• Liaising with customers to communicate and relevant updates
• Managing after-sales support queries and issue resolution
• Processing credit notes accurately and in a timely manner
• Proven experience in administration
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
