What you will be doing:

• Conducting regular component stock cycle counts as part of the audit program for the Tables Business Unit.

• Investigating stock discrepancies and implementing effective stock reconciliation actions.

• Collaborating with Logistics and Production teams on LEAN manufacturing initiatives to optimise storage solutions and reduce stock variants.

• Producing monthly reports on stock accuracy and stock ‘write-off’ performance.

• Delivering and reviewing training for Business Unit employees to ensure best practices in stock handling and transactional processes.

• Managing and reviewing scrap allowances, providing guidance and training as required.

• Working with Logistics, Purchasing, and Planning teams to ensure strong visual inventory controls and best-practice stock management systems.

What you’ll need:

• Experience of working in a manufacturing inventory control position with responsibility for maintaining high levels of stock accuracy.

• Excellent attention to detail

• Positive contribution to multi-departmental initiatives and process improvements

• Ability to multitask, time manage and work independently

• Good communication skills
