Nicole joined Busy Bee Recruitment in 2025 as a Business Support Administrator, becoming an integral part of the team from day one. In her initial role, she developed a strong understanding of the operational side of the business, supporting consultants and ensuring that compliance processes were maintained to the highest standard Through working closely with the wider team, Nicole quickly gained insight into the fast-paced nature of recruitment and was particularly inspired by the energy, resilience and success of the consultants. With a clear ambition to progress into a more front-facing role, she demonstrated both the attitude and capability needed to take that next step. Nicole has since been promoted to Recruitment Resourcer within our Industrial team, where she now plays a key role in sourcing and supporting candidates across a variety of roles. She thrives in a busy environment, enjoys the challenge of working to tight deadlines, and takes pride in delivering a high level of service to both clients and candidates. Her strong attention to detail and solid grounding in compliance provide an excellent foundation for a successful career in temporary recruitment, and she is already proving to be a valuable addition to the team in her new role.
