Job Duties:

• Handle all aspects of poultry production while ensuring top animal welfare.

• Perform daily feeding, bedding, ventilation control, and welfare checks with accurate record-keeping.

• Work safely, follow health and safety standards, and maintain company policies.

• Report repairs, supply shortages, and carry out site inspections as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and biosecurity to protect flock health.

• Be reliable, team-oriented, and willing to work weekends.

• Support the Farm Manager and act as deputy when required.

• Continuously seek ways to improve farm operations and animal care.

What we are looking for:

• Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Positive attitude with willingness to work weekends.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to health, safety, and animal welfare.

• Previous poultry or farming experience
