This role will support both the Accounts and HR functions, helping ensure the smooth running of daily business operations. Job Duties:

• Assisting senior team members with day-to-day finance and administrative tasks

• Updating internal accounting systems with purchase and sales ledger information

• Producing, issuing and filing invoices accurately

• Supporting the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

• Carrying out bank reconciliations and checking financial transactions for accuracy

• Maintaining and monitoring expenses and petty cash records

• Responding to account-related queries via phone and email

• Contacting customers regarding outstanding payments and processing payments over the phone when required

• Ordering and managing office and general supplies

What we are looking for:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Good numeracy and communication skills

• Confident using Microsoft Excel and general IT systems

• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively

• Interest in developing a career in finance / accounts
