Working as part of a busy Accounting team you will focus on processing accounts payable transactions. Experience of high-volume invoice processing is desirable along with the ability to multitask across changing priorities. We will consider candidates who have general accounting experience along with specialists within accounts payable that are available for a 6 month period.

• Weekly BACS payment runs alongside Bi-Monthly foreign payment runs

• Making manual payments as required

• Proactively work with the internal purchasing team

• Reconciliation of suppliers’ statements.

• Management of outstanding GRNI and AP balances.

• Collate Inter-Company charges and reconcile Inter-Company statements.

What we are looking for:

• Previous accounting experience spanning approximately 3 years

• Experience of month-end close, account reconciliation, general ledger and financial statements.

• Confident communication skills

• Self-motivated attitude to work
