You will be driven by going the extra mile for customers you speak to and will not mind working in a call centre environment dealing with inbound customer enquiries. A good telephone manner is essential for this role.

Duties:

• Dealing with customer enquiries either by telephone or e-mail

• Supporting reception cover when required
