A rare opportunity to join our Operations team due to an internal promotion. This position is perfect for candidates that enjoy working in a varied role, supporting compliance, operations, administration, finance and payroll so no day will look the same. It is essential for this role that you are confident in the use of MS Excel, along with strong numerical skills. Full training will be provided for the right candidate and therefore we welcome applications from all who have strong attention to detail skills, ability to multitask, with a desire to progress in the world of Operations.

Duties:

· Being the first point of contact to answer the phone and greet visitors

· Completion of temporary assignment paperwork on behalf of consultants

· Right to Work and Referencing checks

· Weekly stock takes

· Sending out terms of business for signature

· Updating the weekly sales report

· Preparing materials for new starter and client drops

· Posting of job adverts and advert reconciliations

· Assisting with producing the weekly temp revenue report

· Setting new candidates and clients up on the payroll system

· Assisting in the weekly preparation and processing of payroll

· Requesting credit checks for new temporary clients

· Assisting with sales and purchase ledger on Xero

· Assisting with bank reconciliation on Xero

· Support the leadership team with business projects and ad-hoc tasks

Skills and Experience Required:

· Previous administration or finance experience at basic level is desirable

· Good numerical skills and previous experience using MS Excel is essential;

· Willing to take on tasks outside of the general day to day supporting the business as a whole

· High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data and numbers

· Well organised working manner, with experience of working to deadlines

· Desire to stay and progress within an operations and finance role in the business

· Willingness to undertake relevant qualifications to progress in the business

This role is to lead a team of two existing recruitment consultants alongside the billing and management of your own desk. You will be targeted on team performance alongside bringing in new personal revenue to the division through expansion of accounts and new business. Working as part of the company leadership team you will help to form the future of the company through your own ideas and growth plans for the division. Duties:

• Provide daily recruitment support and expertise across the Commercial Division

• Lead, motivate, and inspire the Commercial Division to high performance against target

• Achieve both individual and division billing targets

• Handle escalated issues or complaints professionally and effectively at management level

• Support the wider recruitment team in the absence of senior management

• Deliver industry insight and commercial awareness to strategically support the growth and development of the division

• Conduct regular 1–2–1 staff meetings to drive performance, engagement, and development

• Maintain accurate daily CRM (Bullhorn) management and optimise the effective use of all available resources
