Back in 2012, Kayleigh joined the industry as a Trainee Consultant and quickly gained her Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP). Now, holding over 10 years’ experience recruiting across Engineering, Commercial and Technical positions, Kayleigh is now a corporate member of the Institute in Recruitment Practice (MIRP) and focuses her time on building new relationships with future prospects, networking and business development. One of Kayleigh’s more notable achievements of late was the award of Fellowship (FREC) for providing in excess of 12 years service to the recruitment industry, while holding a formal membership and qualification.

• Identify and progress leads with potential new clients
• Winning new business opportunities while growing existing client accounts
• Placing suitable candidates into temporary roles
• Developing and managing client and candidate relationships
• Managing existing client accounts alongside our Managing Consultant
• Establish and agree terms of business and rates with new and existing clients
• Identify and attract candidates for vacancies through social media use and job boards
• Shortlist and present suitably qualified applicants against job vacancies
• Manage the selection processes through thorough onboarding of new candidates
• Seek and provide feedback in a professional manner at all times
• Conduct regular service reviews with both clients and candidates
• Daily use of our CRM system for updates, notes and progression in process
• Comply with all relevant employment legislation and appropriate codes of practice
