Due to expansion of our current team we are seeking an experienced Recruiter who is either already operating at Management level, or a Senior / Principal looking to take a step up into a leadership role. This role is to lead a team of two existing recruitment consultants alongside the billing and management of your own desk. You will be targeted on team performance alongside bringing in new personal revenue to the division through expansion of accounts and new business. Working as part of the company leadership team you will help to form the future of the company through your own ideas and growth plans for the division. • Provide daily recruitment support and expertise across the Commercial Division
• Lead, motivate, and inspire the Commercial Division to high performance against target
• Achieve both individual and division billing targets
• Handle escalated issues or complaints professionally and effectively at management level
• Support the wider recruitment team in the absence of senior management
• Deliver industry insight and commercial awareness to strategically support the growth and development of the division
• Conduct regular 1–2–1 staff meetings to drive performance, engagement, and development
• Contribute to leadership meetings by providing strategic input, ideas, and performance feedback
• Prepare and deliver sales and performance reports as required
• Support senior management with day-to-day team leadership and operational management
• Build, develop, and grow new and existing client accounts to drive revenue
• Manage and nurture client relationships through regular meetings, service reviews, consultative advice, and consistent communication
• Oversee the full 360° recruitment lifecycle, from business development and job briefing through to placement and aftercare
• Lead by example by adhering to and promoting company processes, procedures, and best practice standards
• Negotiate and agree terms of business, providing guidance and support to team members where required
• Maintain accurate daily CRM (Bullhorn) management and optimise the effective use of all available resources
• Strong leadership skills used to empower others
• Being an ambassador for change across the organisation
• Ability to understand complex vacancy requirements

• 3 + years within recruitment (ideally commercial and office support sector)
