Organising your own diary of appointments with customers
Creating job orders and updating job orders using the tablet
Fault finding on domestic appliances
Problem solving and fixing issues in a timely manner
Servicing and preventative maintenance
Reactive repairs on faulty goods
Working on Washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges, dishwashers, cookers and microwaves
3 years minimum experience in domestic appliance / white good repairs
Self motivation and able to work without instruction
Great communication skills
Someone who takes pride in customer service
Full UK Driving Licence – over the age of 25 for insurance

• Accurately coordinate all inbound container planning
• Communicate with agencies to coordinate required workers
• Providing strong communication to all customers regarding delivery schedules, queries and requests
• Discuss future plans and orders with customers
• Ensure agreed operating protocols are always carried out in line with BRC, customers and Senior management expectations
• Attend daily management meetings to discuss staff costs, order schedules and future planning
• Ensure any issues or problems arising which afford commercial, or client implications are brought to the attention of Senior Management in a timely manner to limit the consequences therein
• Work closely with Warehouse Managers to accurately plan agency bookings ensuring workload requirement is met
• Previous experience working within a warehouse environment essential
• Previous experience or a strong understanding of container logistics is desirable
• To be able to work well under pressure
• Excellent customer service skills, being able to adapt to everyone
• Confident in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with WMS. Empirica is desirable
• Happy to work to KPI’s and target driven
• Strong communication skills essential
• Strong organisational skills essential
