Duties to Include:

• Program, set, and operate Haas and Bridgeport CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components.

• Create and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software ensuring efficient machining processes.

• Interpret and work from technical engineering drawings, blueprints, and 3D models to determine machining requirements.

• Conduct in-process and final quality inspections using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, verniers, gauges) to ensure compliance with specified tolerances.

• Work to tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and precision.

Skills/Experience Required:

• Experience of CNC Programming, Setting and Operating machines.

• Experience with CAD/CAM programming

• Be keen to contribute to the expansion and development of the machine shop.

• Good communication skills.

• Strong personal motivation and commitment.

• Used to working to tight deadlines.

• Good communication and ability to work as part of a small team.
