Job Duties:

• Ensure all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently, in full compliance with current Health and Safety legislation, including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

• Demonstrate full proficiency with CNC milling machines and 3D CAD/CAM systems.

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mould tools to ensure optimal functionality and longevity.

• Accurately modify tooling in accordance with technical drawings and specifications.

• Operate overhead cranes safely and in line with company procedures and training.

• Work flexibly to meet production demands, including additional hours when necessary.

• Support the Tool Room Manager and Supervisor by undertaking additional duties as required to meet operational objectives.

• Assist in the training and development of apprentices and junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

• Be available to work across any of the company’s production sites as business needs dictate.

What we are looking for:

• Experienced in Programming, setting and operating CNC Milling machines.

• Experience in Toolmaking

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Strong attention to detail.
