• Operate overhead cranes safely and in line with company procedures and training.
• Work flexibly to meet production demands, including additional hours when necessary.
• Support the Tool Room Manager and Supervisor by undertaking additional duties as required to meet operational objectives.
• Assist in the training and development of apprentices and junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Be available to work across any of the company’s production sites as business needs dictate.
• Experienced in Programming, setting and operating CNC Milling machines.
• Experience in Toolmaking
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.

A Counterbalance forklift licence would be advantageous for this role as you can then move stock around the stores.
