We felt it was an appropriate time to communicate to all of you,  our valued customers, the steps we have put into place to ensure the safety of both yourselves and our staff during the COVID-19 outbreak. We want you to be confident that we can remain your recruitment partner of choice during these pressured times and that we have everyone’s safety as our primary goal. 

We also felt it important to provide you the re-assurance that we are set up and ready for home working, in the event that this becomes necessary, to ensure that we do not see any disruption to the business and service that we provide to you, in particular the payroll services to temporary workers. 

We have made some changes to the way we are working in the short term, these changes include: 

• Office registrations on site are now cancelled in the first instance and will be held by SKYPE initially
• Should the candidates be invited into our office they will undergo the checks below with regards to interviews
• New starter cake drops have been suspended to avoid the necessity for us to visit your site
• Telephone and SKYPE interviews are being set up on your behalf in the first instance upon receipt of a suitable CV 

In the event you wish to interview candidates face to face we have put in the following measures: 

• Candidates are being asked to confirm, prior to attending your site, any travel they have undertaken in the last 4 weeks
• Candidates are advised by ourselves that hand shaking is not acceptable at an interview in order to avoid all physical contact on premise
• Candidates are also advised prior to interview to wash their hands on arrival and immediately before leaving
• Candidates are asked to confirm that they have not come into contact with anyone who is being asked to self-isolate
• We kindly ask that you set up interviews in a well ventilated room with as much space between yourselves and the candidates as possible
• We kindly ask that you make hand sanitiser, or handwash, available to all candidates upon arrival and before leaving
• We kindly ask that you do not make any form of physical contact with candidates during the process, IE. hand shaking
• We kindly ask that you ensure that the interviewer has not come into contact with anyone being asked to self-isolate
