Our screening process is thorough, with every candidate we have a face to face consultation; with the ability to test via DISC profiling. We spend time ensuring that we find the right culture and team fit for your organisation, eliminating candidates who are not skilled enough for your role or show lack of commitment to a new career.

Retained Recruitment Services
Your organisation pays a set monthly fee for recruitment services, agreed, for a period of 12 months, any recruitment performed over this time would be included in the monthly fee, with no other associated costs. Instead of paying a fee per placement all new permanent hires would be included in the retained service package.
Our recruitment services on a retained agreement are served by one individual dedicated Account Manager. When a new role comes in you will be the number one priority, giving you efficient and cost-effective results. All retainers are held on an exclusive basis.
Fixed term contract and interim services
We understand at Busy Bee Recruitment that you’re not always seeking a permanent member of staff, and a short term solution may be more appropriate. We provide short fixed term contracts for a multitude of reasons:
