Retained Recruitment Services
With experience of providing retained services to many large organisations, we understand that where there is volume recruitment a retained service often proves the most cost effective. How does this work? let us explain.
Your organisation pays a set monthly fee for recruitment services, agreed, for a period of 12 months, any recruitment performed over this time would be included in the monthly fee, with no other associated costs. Instead of paying a fee per placement all new permanent hires would be included in the retained service package.
Our recruitment services on a retained agreement are served by one individual dedicated Account Manager. When a new role comes in you will be the number one priority, giving you efficient and cost-effective results. All retainers are held on an exclusive basis.
