Reece joins as our fourth hire of 2022 in the position of Candidate Manager for our Industrial Division working closely with Oliver. Keen to develop his career in recruitment and as a definite people’s person, Reece will be key to engaging with our new candidates for relevant vacancies and focusing on giving excellent customer service at each stage of the process.

Outside of work Reece likes to spend time with his girlfriend and dog Teddy! Reece was immediately attracted to work for Busy Bee Recruitment when he saw how close, positive, and helpful the whole team and atmosphere were, and after attending his first interview he knew that he wanted to join the Hive.
