Zachary Leonard will be joining the Busy Bee team as a Business Support Manager. Zachary will be acting as the spine of our organisation, providing support in all aspects of the company. Zachary has 7 years recruitment experience working at all levels within agencies and has a passion for process management. He will be the go-to person to make sure everything ticks over nicely whether it be compliance, billing, or general support! Having a vast range of support skills and experience and known to plan and host a good party makes him an ideal candidate to join our sociable team.

Zachary will bring to the organisation his core strengths which are organisation, communication and listening skills. He loves a good old fashioned tick list to ensure all priorities and deadlines are met and admits that being a good communicator and listener are “two key things for anyone working in recruitment as we all know we love a good natter!”

We asked Zachary what attracted him to work for Busy Bee? “Busy Bee is a leading agency within the area operating with fully established specialisms and has in place focussed growth plans which is something that really excites me. Moreover however, it is also an agency that really does put people first… From my initial contact with all the team, I’ve been made to feel so welcome, and the team spirit and ethos of the business very much echoes my own values”.

Outside of work Zachary loves to travel and experience new foods and cultures. After experiencing lots of fantastic holidays and previously spending a month completing volunteer work out in Ghana, he says that “you can learn so much from the new people you meet and new places you visit!”
