Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations and manage the warehouse team within their manufacturing environment.

• Managing the day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Supervising and training warehouse staff.
• Coordinating the receiving, storage and despatch of goods.
• Ensuring all stock and finished goods are stored safely and securely.
• Maintaining accurate stock records within the company business system.
• Reconciling daily production figures and ensuring production output is booked into stock correctly and on time.
• Ensuring despatch picking lists and kits are processed within the required timescales.
• Monitoring Kanban areas and highlighting any potential stock shortages.
• Ensuring Purchase Order / Goods In receipts are processed within 24 hours.
• Ensuring all stock is labelled correctly with Stock No. / Batch No.
• Liaising with Production to ensure kits and materials are moved lineside.
• Working closely with Production Planners to maintain stock levels for customer requirements.
• Organising and carrying out monthly, weekly and ad hoc stock checks.
• Investigating stock discrepancies and reporting findings to Management.
• Reviewing consumable stock levels and raising Purchase Orders where required.
• Ensuring warehouse space, yard and outside areas are kept organised, clean and safe.
• Maintaining warehouse equipment and arranging repairs when required.
• Maintaining and reporting KPIs as defined by the business.
• Ensuring all relevant documentation is completed and filed correctly.
• Previous experience working in a Warehouse Management role.
• Must have experience working within a Manufacturing environment.
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing stock and inventory records.
• Ability to supervise, train and support warehouse staff.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, goods in and despatch.
• Flexible approach to ensure warehouse cover is maintained at all times.
• Strong commitment to Health & Safety and maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
• Proven experience within a Warehouse Management or Senior Warehouse position.
• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Experience managing stock levels and carrying out stock checks.
• Experience using warehouse management or business systems would be advantageous.
