As the Transport Planner you will take ownership of daily route planning, coordinating with drivers and internal teams to ensure deliveries are efficient, on time and well organised. This role requires someone who can think on their feet—handling planned schedules while responding to real time changes to keep everything moving without disruption.

Job Duties:

• Planning and optimising transport routes to maximise efficiency

• Communicating with warehouse, drivers and customer teams

• Monitoring routes and delivery schedules, adjusting where needed

• Preparing load plans and delivery documentation

• Ensuring compliance with transport regulations and internal standards

• Problem solving on the day and supporting drivers with any on route issues

What we are looking for:

• Transport or logistics experience is desirable, but not essential

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise

• Clear, confident communication and a calm approach under pressure

• Comfortable making quick decisions

• Enjoys working in a fast paced environment

• Accurate and detail focused
