This role works closely with the Technical Sales Manager and acts as a key senior contact within the internal sales function. As the Technical Sales Lead, you will collaborate with Area Sales Managers and support more complex enquiries such as preparing accurate quotations, managing project pipelines and building strong relationships with customers and contractors.

We are ideally looking for someone from a construction or building products background, who is comfortable working with technical detail and coordinating projects from enquiry through to delivery. That said, if you are technically minded, quick to learn, and confident dealing with customers, we are very open to conversations.

Job Duties:

• Manage and grow your own sales pipeline

• Prepare accurate quotations for a range of construction projects

• Convert inbound enquiries and generate new business opportunities

• Maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors and project contacts

• Oversee orders from enquiry through to manufacture and delivery

• Deliver product presentations, quotes and training sessions where required

• Support with general administrative and technical queries

What we are looking for:

• Sales experience within a technical or manufacturing environment (construction would be beneficial, but not essential)

• Strong pipeline ownership and commercially focused mindset

• Experience supporting or leading others (formal or informal)

• Ability to read and understand drawings & technical specs (or willingness to learn)

• Clear communication style and a relationship-first approach

• High attention to detail with strong organisational habits
