Who are we?

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Making sure all production lines are set up accordingly and ready for daily operation

• Leading and mentoring production staff on multiple production lines

• Efficiently use production equipment and machines such as check weighers, bagging machines and measuring systems

• Manage accurate records and reports across production

• Operate food processing machines for sorting, grading and packing

• Managing and overlooking stock levels and inventory control

• Work and assist other departments as and when required

What we are looking for:

• Previous Line Leader experience is essential (or equivalent)

• Previous experience working with fresh produce or FMCG

• Food Safety Certification (desirable)  

• Health and Safety Qualification (desirable)
