Job Duties:

• Ensure daily production targets and customer orders are consistently met.

• Oversee packing operations, maintaining product quality and correct specifications.

• Monitor team performance and drive improvements to meet operational goals.

• Ensure all team members follow SOPs and meet performance expectations.

• Carry out regular performance reviews and identify training needs

• Accurately complete and check production paperwork and control sheets.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a leadership role within FMCG environment

• Comfortable hitting targets, monitoring and interpreting KPIs

• Previous experience using an ERP system is highly beneficial

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, compliance, and safety.

• Experience operating and overseeing production machinery
