Our Industrial team is expanding, currently the largest team in our business, you will join 4 other consultants supplying blue collar staff into Manufacturing companies across the UK. This role will require some early starts for client inductions and you will need to enjoy working in a changeable environment and thrive while under pressure. External training is provided to support your journey alongside a personalised personal development plan internally. A role that suits the ambitious we are looking for hungry consultants wanting to benefit from our generous commission and bonus scheme that are happy to work in a 360 degree role. Job Duties:

• Identify and progress leads with potential new clients

• Winning new business opportunities while growing existing client accounts

• Placing suitable candidates into temporary roles

• Developing and managing client and candidate relationships

• Managing existing client accounts alongside our Managing Consultant

• Establish and agree terms of business and rates with new and existing clients

• Identify and attract candidates for vacancies through social media use and job boards

• Shortlist and present suitably qualified applicants against job vacancies

• Manage the selection processes through thorough onboarding of new candidates

• Seek and provide feedback in a professional manner at all times

• Conduct regular service reviews with both clients and candidates

• Daily use of our CRM system for updates, notes and progression in process

• Comply with all relevant employment legislation and appropriate codes of practice
