Job Duties:

• Oversee multiple high-value landscaping projects from start to finish, keeping them on time, on budget, and to top quality standards

• Lead and support several on-site teams, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication.

• Plan schedules, organise resources, and make sure the right people and materials are in the right place at the right time.

• Liaise with clients, attend site meetings, and keep everyone updated on progress.

• Monitor health & safety, run toolbox talks, and maintain a safe working environment.

• Spot opportunities to improve processes, boost efficiency, and keep standards high.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or landscaping (Essential)

• Full UK driving licence and happy to travel to sites as needed (Essential)

• Confident communicator with an organised, professional and proactive attitude (Essential)

• Project Management qualification (i.e. PRINCE2, Six Sigma) is beneficial but not essential

• CSCS card is also beneficial, but not essential
