Ready for the next step in your career? An opportunity has arisen to join our partnered client as a Production Team Leader in one of their busiest departments. Supporting the Supervisor in the day-to-day running of the department you will play a key part in ensuring targets are met whilst the quality remains at the highest of standards. Previous experience in a team leader role or above is desirable but if you feel you are ready for the next step in your manufacturing career we are open to hearing from you.

• Assist Production Staff in preparing, filing and de-moulding products using equipment safely
• Quality check products throughout production stages and report any defects to quality team
• Lead by example in day-to-day production duties
• Work closely with supervisor to help achieve production targets
• Monitor processors and workloads, adjusting schedules as needed
• Carry out administrative duties
• Assist in recruitment processes
• Manage staff absences within department
• To lead by example and role model behaviour
• Previous Team Leading or similar level within a manufacturing or production environment
• To have a continuous improvement mindset
• Good knowledge of Microsoft including word and excel
• Understanding of technical drawings
• Strong communication skills and adaptable to managing multiple projects
• Good understanding of Health and Safety
