Duties and Responsibilities:   

‍

·        Lead and oversee production lines, managing daily operations

·        Monitor and manage daily performance indicators and KPIs within the packhouse

·        Support the production team with daily tasks,including coaching, training, and basic machine maintenance

·        Participate in daily meetings and provide reportsto address performance issues and general concerns

·        Conduct start-up checks and ensure adherence to customer specifications during production

·        Ensure team members are properly trained and consistently follow SOPs, Health & Safety procedures, and product specifications

What we are looking for:       

‍

·        Previous Supervisory or Management experience within FMCG or Fresh Produce (essential)

·        Physically fit (essential)

·        Experience in using an SAP system (desirable)  

·        Previous experience in overlooking and operating packing machines (desirable)

·        Flexible attitude and happy working in KPI driven environment (essential)
