As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of manufacturing processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and adhering to health and safety regulations. Your duties will include operating machinery, assembling products, conducting quality checks, and keeping the workspace clean and organised. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

• Collaborate with the crew to efficiently set up jobs.

• Stack and prepare pallets for optimal palletisation presentation.

• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks promptly and to a high standard.

• Assess manual handling and suggest improvements to the Machine Operator.
