We are currently recruiting for a Powder Coater to join one of our valued clients based in Haverhill, Suffolk. This role would suit a skilled individual with a strong background in Powder Coating who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and is confident working with alone and as a team in a manufacturing or workshop environment.

Job Duties:

‍

• Prepare metal components for coating by cleaning, degreasing, masking, and surface inspection

• Set up and operate powder coating equipment including spray guns, booths, and curing ovens

• Select correct powder materials and apply coatings evenly to achieve required thickness and finish

• Ensure parts are properly grounded and positioned for optimal coating coverage

• Inspect coated items for defects such as runs, thin coverage, contamination, or uneven finish

• Carry out touch-ups or rework where necessary to meet quality standards

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Powder Coater

• Strong attention to detail.

• Able to work individually and in a team environment

• Good understanding of Health and Safety
