Duties:

‍

• Cutting, trimming, and portioning poultry on a moving production line.
• Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets and quality standards.
• Using knives and specialist equipment safely and correctly at all times.
• Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards throughout the production process.
• Cleaning workstations, tools, PPE, and equipment at the end of each shift.
• Reporting any hazards, accidents, or quality concerns to your Line Leader or Manager.
• Following all health and safety procedures within the production environment.

Skills & Experience Required:

‍

• Previous experience within a similar food production, butchery, or knife-skilled role is desirable.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding production environment.
• Good attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance.
• Willingness to undertake training and follow company procedures.
• Committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and health & safety.
