Our client is looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join their HR team, assisting with the end-to-end processing of payroll. This opportunity is ideal for someone with existing payroll experience who is keen to expand their knowledge within a collaborative and supportive environment.

• Processing weekly payroll hours and additional payments such as expenses
• Administering starters, leavers, and contract changes
• Managing statutory payments including SSP, SMP, and SPP
• Maintaining accurate holiday and absence records
• Processing attachments of earnings and importing time and attendance data
• Preparing and submitting pension data and handling payroll queries
• Providing HR administration support after completion of training
• Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of numerical accuracy
• Confident in using payroll systems and Microsoft Office packages
• A professional, proactive approach with a strong understanding of confidentiality
• Previous experience working within payroll / finance administration
