Job Duties:

• Spray paint and apply protective coatings, ensuring a high-quality consistent finish

• Prepare surfaces prior to painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking and priming

• Mix and apply paints, lacquers and finishes in line with work instructions and product specifications

• Carry out paint thickness, adhesion and visual quality checks to ensure finished

• Assist with the assembly of components where required

• Using hand tools, spray equipment and basic workshop machinery

• Keep work areas clean, organised and compliant with health and safety

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer within a manufacturing or workshop environment

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce a high-quality, consistent finish

• Able to work efficiently to production targets while maintaining high quality standards

• Reliable, hardworking and able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Good awareness of health and safety procedures within a manufacturing environment

• Punctual, dependable and committed to maintaining excellent attendance
