This vacancy is to support our team through the busy seasonal period on a Fixed Term Contract, there may be potential for the role to become permanent in the future dependant on business requirements and success in the role. This position is suitable for junior candidates or those looking for a flexible working role. The position will be office based but working hours can be considered to suit your schedule. Supporting both our admin function and the marketing within the business you will be a naturally creative person who wants to progress a career within an office environment gaining valuable experience from your senior colleagues. Experience of using various marketing systems including Canva, Buffer and Mailchimp would be a distinct advantage.

Marketing:

• Social media management across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram

• Use of buffer for scheduling of posts

• Assisting with posting of job adverts

• Use of Canva to create various graphics

• Supporting company events and community projects

• Creation and management of monthly candidate & client mailers using Mailchimp

• Managing candidate enquires as a result of bullhorn automations

• Preparing content for social media and blogs

• Ensuring that merchandise is always in stock, made up and available for drops and events

• Management of the central marketing inbox

Administration:

• Supporting the Business Manager and Director with operational ad-hoc projects

• Supporting the Business Operations Administrator with day to day admin tasks

• Preparing assignment confirmations for temporary workers

• RTW checks for new temporary workers

• Uploading documents onto the CRM system

• Answering the telephone, taking messages and passing to colleagues

• Completing forms with workers when they come into the office

Skills and Experience Required:

• Desire to gain office experience within administration and marketing

• Confident telephone manner

• Able to multi task and prioritise your workload

• Well organised working manner

• Customer service oriented

• Have a good eye for detail

• Deadline focused with excellent organisational skills

• Self-motivating attitude and good team collaboration skills

• A confident communicator, influencer and motivator with high quality presentation skills
