We are looking for a Marketing Officer with proven experience in the food or FMCG sector to join a global leader in fresh and packaged food production industry. This is a traditional, hands on marketing role where you will work closely with the New Product Development (NPD) team and take the lead on a variety of exciting projects across the UK & Ireland.

Job Duties:

• Delivering and executing marketing plans that drive brand awareness and growth

• Leading in store visibility strategies to strengthen brand presence

• Coordinating packaging, supply chain, and brand led projects

• Supporting NPD launches from concept to market

• Organising consumer promotions, sponsorships, and brand ambassador programmes

• Managing advertising, social media, and e-commerce campaigns with creative agencies

• Providing actionable insights through market data analysis

• Taking full ownership of the UK marketing budget

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Marketing or Business (or equivalent experience)

• 3+ years’ experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing within FMCG or food industry

• Proven track record in NPD and delivering marketing campaigns

• Strong understanding of the UK retail environment

• Confident, creative, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
