Job Duties:

• Deliver marketing plans and manage NPD (New Product Development) projects.

• Lead in-store visibility strategies

• Coordinate packaging, supply chain and key brand projects

• Organise high-profile consumer activities including promotions, sponsorships, and brand ambassador programmes

• Manage advertising, social media, and e-commerce initiatives with creative agencies

• Analyse market data and provide actionable insights to drive growth

• Support sales teams with trade presentations

• Take ownership of the UK marketing budget

• Was part of a collaborative regional team

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Marketing or Business (or equivalent experience).

• 3+ years’ experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing within FMCG or food industry

• Proven track record in NPD and delivering marketing campaigns

• Strong understanding of the UK retail environment

• Confident, creative, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
