Due to continued growth, they are now looking for experienced Line Leader to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with supervisory experience in food or FMCG manufacturing who enjoys leading a team, driving performance, and ensuring high standards are consistently met.

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate a team of operatives on the production line.

• Ensure all products are packed to the correct specification, quality, and hygiene standards.

• Keep the line running efficiently by monitoring performance, resolving stoppages, and escalating issues when needed.

• Allocate tasks to team members and ensure staff are fully trained and supported.

• Complete shift documentation accurately, including production records and compliance checks.

• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety at all times.

• Communicate effectively with other departments including quality, engineering, and planning.

• Support continuous improvement by identifying areas to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience as a Line Leader, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a food production or FMCG environment.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.

• Good knowledge of health & safety, food hygiene, and quality standards.

• Confident in completing paperwork and using basic IT and Production systems.
