• MIG Welding Tasks under supervision
• Performing quality checks
• Learn to read and work from technical drawings
• Help with assembly of components
• Supporting with general duties within the workshop
• Basic knowledge or training in welding (e.g., City & Guilds Level 1 or 2, or college course)
• Eagerness to learn and develop welding and fabrication skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• An understanding of workplace health and safety
• Physical fitness due to manual handling and lifting
