This role would suit a skilled individual with a strong background in bench joinery or wood machinist who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and is confident working with hand and power tools in a manufacturing or workshop environment.

Job Duties:

• Measuring, cutting, and assembling timber and wood-based materials

• Reading and working from technical drawings and specifications

• Using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently

• Ensuring all work meets quality standards and customer specifications

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

• Always adhering to all health and safety regulations

• Working independently or as part of a team to meet production deadlines

• Identifying defects and reporting any issues to supervisors

What we are looking for:

• Previous joinery experience essential

• Previous Machinery experience desirable

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings

• Strong communication skills

• Strong Organisation skills
