Job Duties:

• Acting as the go to HR contact for clinical staff, including GPs

• Managing core HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, leave and flexible working

• Supporting workforce planning and clinical placements

• Leading and coordinating a structured Learning & Development programme

• Improving the delivery of clinical meetings and governance sessions

• Supporting the transition to a new HR system, including data accuracy and migration

What we are looking for:

• Experience working within primary care (essential)

• Strong relationship building skills and confidence working with clinical professionals

• Comfortable using HR, payroll or practice systems

• CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable

• Knowledge of GP workforce models, contracts or ARRS roles would be an advantage

• Experience supporting with training or development programmes
