We are hiring a Head of Finance to lead a finance team of 10, working closely with the Board to shape financial performance, drive commercial insight and support wider business decisions. It is a hands on role — ideal for someone who wants influence, autonomy and the opportunity to continue developing towards Finance Director level.

Job Duties:

• Lead all financial planning, reporting, and budgeting activities

• Oversee cash flow, banking and financial controls

• Present financial insights to senior leadership to support strategic decisions

• Mentor and develop the finance team to support growth

• Drive process improvements and efficiency across finance operations

• Manage external audit and ensure regulatory compliance

What we are looking for:

• Experienced senior Finance professional (Head of Finance or similar level)

• Fully qualified (CIMA / ACA / ACCA)

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a team

• Confident operating at Board level with strong commercial awareness

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Experience with Sage 200 is a plus

• Travel industry experience is desirable but not essential
