Job Duties:

‍

• Support all hatchery operations from egg production to delivery of day-old ducks.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and biosecure working environment.
• Accurately complete and update all records related to your tasks.
• Monitor health and safety equipment, reporting any issues to the manager.
• Communicate regularly with the Line Manager and site staff to ensure smooth information flow.
• Adhere to all company policies as outlined in the Company Handbook.
• Ensure the health and welfare of ducks and eggs under your care.
• Perform any additional poultry farming tasks as reasonably assigned by the company.
