We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Design Engineer to join our client, an industry leader in the

manufacturing space. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineering or design graduate (or early career engineer) to gain hands-on experience working on real-world product development and

manufacturing projects within an innovative business.

Job Duties:

• Manage and oversee development projects internally and alongside customer.

• Support design ideation, CAD modelling and physical prototyping

• Conduct product and material testing

• Produce detailed technical reports and documentation

• Troubleshoot and problem-solve within new and existing production processes

• Assist production and other departments with technical guidance and project support

• Drive process improvements and manufacturing efficiencies

• Work closely with the R&D Manager to deliver project objectives

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design or similar design/engineering discipline

• Experience using CAD software

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to manage individual projects and meet deadlines

• Excellent attention to detail and technical reporting skills

• Proactive, curious and keen to learn within a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working on-site and collaboratively with production teams
