Duties and Responsibilities:

‍

• Preparing fresh produce to exact specifications (cutting, peeling, slicing, trimming etc.)

• Using knives and prepping machines safely and efficiently

• Accurately weighing and portioning produce for packing

• Following daily production sheets and customer requirements

• Labelling, boxing, and sealing finished produce

• Working in a chilled environment (cold store / prep room)

• Keeping prep areas clean, organised and hygienic

What we are looking for:

‍

• Previous experience working with within FMCG and Fresh Produce is desirable

• Previous experience in catering or kitchen preparation is also beneficial

• Basic knife handling skills

• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety protocols
