Job Duties:

• Carry out regular garden and grounds maintenance for residential and commercial clients.

• Perform tasks such as mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, weeding, pruning, planting, and general upkeep.

• Maintain pathways, patios, and external areas by sweeping, clearing debris, and pressure washing where required.

• Use a range of hand tools and powered equipment safely and effectively.

• Carry out seasonal work such as turfing, mulching, leaf clearance, and preparing beds.

• Identify and report plant health issues, pests, or damage.

• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with client expectations.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in garden maintenance, landscaping, or groundskeeping to a high standard is required

• RHS Qualification is desirable

• PA1 and PA6 training is desirable

• Good knowledge of plants, lawns, and general horticulture practices is essential

• Full AND Clean Driving License in required
