We are supporting a rapidly growing business within the manufacturing and engineering sector who are seeking a Finance Manager to lead finance operations for a newly acquired company and drive seamless integration into the wider group.

Job Duties:

• Oversee day to day finance operations including AP/AR, reconciliations, VAT, and management accounts

• Act as finance lead for newly acquired entities, ensuring smooth integration into group reporting and processes

• Deliver accurate and timely management accounts and reporting for senior stakeholders

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and year-end audit preparation

• Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls across multiple entities

• Lead finance operations during future acquisitions, including due diligence and onboarding

What we are looking for:

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) desirable but not essential

• Solid background in SME finance operations – ideally within manufacturing or engineering

• Skilled in AP/AR, reconciliations, VAT, and management accounts

• Experience with acquisitions or multi entity finance an advantage

• Proactive, adaptable, and commercially minded with strong Excel ability
