• Resolve any customer queries and complaints, recognising when complaints need to be escalated to management
• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent its skills and proficient in MS applications
• Passion for problem solving
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Willingness to go above and beyond, a quick learner and adaptable
