We are looking for a confident and commercially minded Buyer to join a busy Operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end procurement – sourcing quality suppliers, negotiating the best terms, and ensuring stock levels support business demand without waste. Job Duties:

• Sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers to meet cost, quality, and reliability standards

• Negotiating prices, terms, and delivery schedules

• Raising and processing POs, managing inventory levels, and driving cost savings

• Staying ahead of market trends and ensuring procurement is aligned with business needs

• Collaborating across departments and solving supply issues before they become problems

What we are looking for:

• CIPS qualified or working towards

• Proven experience in a Buyer or Procurement role

• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen

• Confident working with suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment

• A team player who takes ownership and drives results
