We are partnering with a growing business that is looking for a high energy and commercially smart Business Development Manager.

This role suits a true sales hunter — someone who is coachable, driven and motivated by building pipeline, generating proposals and converting consistent activity into results.

Job Duties:

• Build and manage a strong and sustainable sales pipeline

• Identify, target and win new business opportunities

• Proactively prospect through outbound activity including calls, outreach and networking

• Generate tailored proposals aligned to client requirements

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close

• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM management

• Develop long term relationships with key decision makers

• Consistently meet and exceed agreed revenue and activity targets

What we are looking for:

• Proven sales experience within the energy sector (essential)

• Strong new business development background

• Commercially astute with confident negotiation skills

• High energy, proactive and target driven

• Coachable mindset with a desire to learn and improve

• Comfortable working in a fast paced, performance led environment
